1. Overview

Welcome to Blaivoré ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of blaivore.com (the "Site") and your purchases from our store. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We operate our store on the Shopify platform and sell print-on-demand streetwear apparel and accessories.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. By placing an order, you represent that you are legally able to enter into binding contracts.

3. Products and Product Information

All products are **print-on-demand**: each item is produced specifically for your order once purchased.
We make every effort to display product colors and designs accurately; however, colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and production differences.
Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. Receipt of confirmation does not guarantee acceptance — we may still cancel or refuse the order.
Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and its partners. We do not store your full payment details.
Prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes where required.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Because products are made to order, production typically takes **2–5 business days**, plus transit time based on your selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier; however, if your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

**30-day return policy:** you may return unworn, unwashed items in original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
**Defective or incorrect items:** if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos — we will replace or refund it at no cost to you.
To initiate a return: email us at **azraellg1235@gmail.com** with your order number and reason. We will provide return instructions.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item (or of approving a defect claim).
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Digital products or items used/washed are not eligible for return.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, text, and branding on the Site and on our products are the property of Blaivoré and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs for any commercial purpose without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blaivoré is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products.
Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, payment providers). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

10. Privacy

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of **Florida**, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
